Now that I finished my race, I want to Mall Walk AM/PM for a total of 16 km a day.
I just completed my PM Mall Walk.
I am a small thinker. I have the Mall. Instead of running at Bukit Kiara, I rather utilize the Mall and sweat in comfort.
I decided that I will reach 75 kg simply by walking in the mall AM/PM.
On my birthday, I do the 7.69 km Bukit Kiara Hill Walk
21 km is still a worth[] ideal.
If I hit 75 kg, I run the Bukit Kiara.
This 1/2 year is extensive training.
