My priority now is health and happiness. I have to move on,

The foundation is Mens Sana in Corpore Sano. The bridge is diet and exercise.
Just [t]o (do) that. Now is to focus on the next 30 days.
I have nothing to lose. I just treat this like a hobby.
There is no expectation.
