28/9/22 The battle still going on

 What did I do right?

  1. No more second serving

What do I need to improve?

  1. Skip breakfast
  2. Exercise in the morning
  3. Stop pisang goreng
  4. Stop ALL sweet drinks (3-in-1 coffee, Ribena, Milo, Lemon)
  5. Sleep during the day.
Suppose I am the real deal, what is the key differentiator?
None other than diet and exercise.
