14/9/22 ###Win another day today

 Avoid triggers.  In this case, it is Nasi Lemak and Nasi Van.

I have to make it such that the pleasure of losing weight is greater than the pleasure of eating.

My pleasure now is the pleasure of fa[c]ting (fasting). 

It's true.  I need to avoid triggers.

It's not so much of the hunger.

Here I am with all the time in the world and fat storage that can last me for 21 days.

Yes, I can do it.

I can beat obesity, gout, hypertension, and bipolar.

I WILL BEAT ALL THESE METABOLIC-RELATED ILLNESSES.

I have 24 days *[days] to go.

* The things that come to mind are discipline, perseverance, persistence, commitment, and consistency.

These are big words for me.

Take discipline, for example, this is a very big word indeed.

The biggest word for me is consistency.

My motivation is to lose one kg per day.

Then at 75 kg, I will be scaling Bukit Kiara again.

A conservative estimate is 2 months to lose 30 kg.

This is my aspiration.

I got to lose weight to be healthy.

There is no fat animal in the wild except during hibernation.

The hunger pang disappears after 1 1/2 hours, not within 5 minutes.

In the meantime, I need to do a pattern interrupt.

I'll take a long shower.

Then I listen to the audiobook.
