27/9/22 ***No dinner tonight

 I have to keep on moving.

At least one hour in the morning and one hour in the evening.

I have to say NO to breakfast.  I start with that

I eat 2MAD.

Breakfast makes the body fat.

Then slowly I cut lunch.

Finally, I OMAD with dinner.

From now on I need to watch what I eat like a hawk.
