Tha[nk] (that) is achieved through diet and exercise.
Both are achieved though sound mind and sound body.
What I am doing now is offsetting the errors at the very base.
For example, I should stop taking dope because that is not sound mind. Same with taking sugar and starch, that is not sound body.
Since my mindset is of a Zen Monk and a Wandering Sufi, I choose OMAD Dinner. This I strongly believe is the basic requirement to remain healthy and happy.
Eating OMAD is about sustainability.
On Fridays to Sundays, I should do the 36 hours fast for autophagy.
I was concentrating on nutrition in the past. Too much emphasis on nutrition to the point that I overfed myself. Why not this time I focus on cellular health. Definitely I have too much cellular debris inside my body.
