29/9/22 ^^^Begin an all out assault on NO BREAKFAST and NO LUNCH

 I am not serious enough about OMAD.  I need to take today, Day 51 all the way to 11/11/22.  I want to hit 70 kg.

Let's do the Tummy Test for the next 30 days

In this test, nothing else matters except the GOAL.

INSULIN RESISTANCE - caused me to be sleepy and fatigued.

I need to rebuild my Mitochondria within 2 weeks.

The dark phlegm in the morning is the alveoli cleaning the lungs.

Basically today is the day I retaliate.

My goals this year are:

  1. AHAD
  2. Mall Walk
  3. OMAD Dinner
  4. 70 kg by 11/11/22
  5. 7.7 km Bukit Kiara Walk on Christmas
  6. Final closure on dope
  7. Elliptical and Jump Rope
  8. Alternate Light and Heavy Weight
Give until Ramadan, Thursday, 23/3/23.

If I don't control what I eat, I can't run.

So from now on it is OMAD Dinner all the way until Ramadan.

Actually I was doing OK, except for the 3 birthday bumps.  Then my routine was off track.
