Maybe my case is just a matter of excess sugar. I really need to test it out. No breakfast and no dinner tonight.
Damn, there comes the hunger. I need to fight the hunger pang.
If I can overcome the hunger pang, I can stop eating 3 meals a day. I can only eat lunch and skip breakfast and dinner.
This is about willpower. I need to coax my appetite

- SLEEPINESS
- ATHRITHIS
- JOINTS PAIN
- BULGING TUMMY
Are all these worth the junk I had been eating especially for breakfast?
