- Eat an 8-hour eating window. Set Lunch followed by pineapple/dragon fruit/apple
- Skip dinner.

- Beef
- Mushroom
- Tempe
- Tofu
- Ice cream
For Lunch:
- White Rice
- Egg/Fish/Chicken
- Green Veggies
Daily Intake:
- Allopurinol
- Lithium
- Ural
- Cod Liver Oil
- Zinc and Magnesium
Now let's make this into a SIXTY-day challenge 10/8/22 - 10/10/22 - 85 kg.
