10/8/22 &&&I now have a good reason to change my diet

I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT.

&&&

The best way is not to eat.  Therefore, the remedy is:

  • Skip breakfast (IF 16/8)
  • Eat an 8-hour eating window. Set Lunch followed by pineapple/dragon fruit/apple
  • Skip dinner.

No more

  • Bread, jam
  • Biscuits
  • 3-in-1 Coffee
  • Beef
  • Mushroom
  • Tempe
  • Tofu
  • Ice cream
For Lunch:
  • White Rice
  • Egg/Fish/Chicken
  • Green Veggies
Daily Intake:
  • Allopurinol
  • Lithium
  • Ural
  • Cod Liver Oil
  • Zinc and Magnesium
Now let's make this into a SIXTY-day challenge 10/8/22 - 10/10/22 - 85 kg.
