The chair is the enemy.

I have the holy grail = ZMA + CLO

As you can see, I am doing this for my sheer delight.

At present I feel euphoric.

The idea is to push at all angles to test the parameters.

What do I find out?  NOTHING!

We need to return to the body - Sleep Well, Move More and Eat Right.

If we can do these 3 things, we can do away with dopamine addictions.  For that, the elixir is ZMA + CLO.

Then all issues regarding addiction disappear.

INCLUDING ADDICTION TO NASI LEMAK.

ABANG RUS!

This safety word works like a charm.

Unless I am 75 kg and exercise daily, I will not visit Bukit Kiara anymore.

My idea is to utilize my 5 km radius.

What is amazing is I no longer crave *[crave] my addictions.

* I used to take magnesium but it was not effective.  Tuned out I need the ZMA + CLO combo.

NO MORE EATING OUT.

I will make Diet and Exercise my top priority.
