14/8/22 ***Lesson learned from Intermittent Fasting 16/8 to 20/4 to 18/6

 WHEN HUNGRY, EAT WITHIN THE WINDOW.

The best window is 16/8.  I have to eat REAL FOOD.

Watch out for temptation.  Sugar and Flour can cause insulin surge.

Today is a DOJI.
