Today I was binging because of the Kenduri. So tonight is to plan for tomorrow morning. I need to calibrate my sleep and start exercising again in the [] (morning).
According to the Met Department, the weather is wet from 27 to 30 August.
I might have some blockages in my veins. So I start by walking again.
Time to get real. Time to live responsibly.
This is a fight. I can't just rely on the medication. The aim is to get off medication. But first I need to watch what I eat.
No jackfruit. Just stick with apple, dragonfruit, and pineapple.
This year was the effect of last year. Last year I was heavy on high-fat food,
So this year, I change to apples for breakfast, normal lunch, and skip dinner. That will be my formula.
NO MORE SUGAR AND FLOUR.
