That is bad.

I got to break the pattern.  The answer lies in diet and exercise.

What I'm saying is that I had enough of the Cyberworld and I want to move on.

I need to go out more often.

I need to Eat Right, Move More, and Sleep Well.  Just follow this guideline.

Of late I get tired very easily.

It's diet and exercise.

I need to bring down my weight.

I have to be more active.

Today I'll do Bukit Kiara.  Nope, expected thunderstorm 70%.

Well, I'll exercise anyway..

From here on, I stop seeing *[seeing] BJ until I am a regular runner again.

* Better still, I stop seeing him until I ENTIRELY shake off dope.  Just like I did with cigarettes.

I am not addicted to the substance but rather the people with the substance.  So, shake of the people, shake of the substance.

This year, I need to get to the routine again.  I need to eat right, move more and sleep well.  Yup, get organized.

BJ is 70 kg.

I need to keep on running.  Alternate that with walking and skipping.
