12/8/22 ***Operationalizing Battleground 60

 These next 2 months is to establish a good eating habit.

While doing that, I actually promoting neuroplasticity as well.

It is a very simple concept really.  I don't eat, the body has to take what is stored.

I need 2 weeks to regulate my body.

At the same time, I need to get rid of cravings.  This is when ZMA + CLO comes about.

Looks like the Smoking Cessation has to end with ZMA + CLO.  That is the 20 years journey.

Good, another 2 1/2 hours to lunch.

I MUST WIN THE DAY.

Stick to the plan.

PRACTICE IS EVERY DAY, EVERY HOUR.

Then only can I achieve mastery.

I can feel I am charged up with Battlefield 60.

Let's push it until lunch.

I am on the roll here.

Fuh...  I am in HEAVEN with the boxing drill.

Yes, this is the way to do it.  It has to be a peak state.

Oh my goodness...  I just realize that I got so much time.  Why waste it?  I might as well be my own Michelangelo.  I start with 15 minutes @ hour and slowly add the boxing drill and weight lifting.

Fuck, instead of focusing on running, let focus on being SUPER HEALTHY by 2024.  Then only I consider running again.

That means 2 years from now I am 65 kg.

Most importantly  Battlefield 60 is a PERMANENT LIFESTYLE.

No cookies
No Biscuits
No Bread
No Ice Cream

NO KIDS' FOOD.
