11/8/22 ^^^Living off the grid

 All I care about is losing weight and being able to exercise on daily basis.

This is definitely a new start altogether.

In this chapter, I am a Warrior Walk Alone.  This is my turf.

I like the scenario very much.

Here I am like a painter holding a brush with his left hand and smearing the canvas from left to right endlessly.

I had found my remedy.  That is ZMA + CLO.  Beyond that are food management and exercise.

I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT.  That is the priority given by the doctor.

So during this 60-Day Transformation, I will ignore past programming and concentrate on my Kigatsuku.  In other words, I think within these 60 days bracket

For example, I will eat lunch and skip the other 2 meals.  With that, I hope to hit 85 kg by 10/10/22

ABANG RUS!

Let's write for the sake of writing

Life is a total enjoyment if I can enjoy drinking cool plain water.

The journey is toward walking for life UNLESS I am 75 kg.

Putting ego aside I SHOULD BE WALKING TWICE A DAY on weekdays.

Weekend; elliptical, and skip rope 

On MWF morning I alternate with runs.

Then, MWF, Medium Weight Lifting

Tu Th, Kettle Bell Core.

This I shall start after 10/10/22.

During the 60-Day Transformation, all I got to do is make sure I do Mall Walk EVERY DAY.
