Specifically when comes to diet I need to cut sugar and starch.
I am now changing my strategy. I eat breakfast and lunch but I skip dinner.
My weight stalled this past week. I had gout too. Definitely, it's the food.
Now that I add breakfast, I can compromise on the 3-in-1 coffee. The better alternative is Milo.
Exercise needs to be done daily.
The thing to look out for is what to eat.
Anyway, this is a battle. I need to keep persisting until I hit 75 kg.
HOW to overcome hunger?
- Need to be physically active.
- Drink coffee.
- Keep insulin at bay.
- Lose weight.
