4/8/22 ^^^I see better days but today is a better day than yesterday

 It was a soggy day.  The ankle pain subsided considerably.

I am not going to the hospital for blood sampling today.  Only if the pain improves, I might do it tomorrow.

Zinc and magnesium help much.
