29/8/22 ***Girl from Ipanema inspiration

 Today I live the life of an Athlete4Life Wordsmith.  No sugar and flour except apple and rice.  The X-Factor is 2 Eggs and Butter.

EAT REAL FOOD.  That's the benchmark.

No 3-in-1 coffee, no donuts, no croissants, no Milo, no bread.

I exercised for 1 hour in the morning.  Now to go for a 45-min mall walk in the afternoon.

All these talks come with emotional baggage.  In short, I have to dea[d] (deal) with *[] (my) depressing past.

* Very interesting, you too huh?

I decided to eat egg noodles for dinner.  Still toying with the various combo.

HUNGER IS THE ISSUE.  

So instead of skipping meals, I eat one serving per meal.

EAT WHEN HUNGRY

Back to basics.

Suddenly I feel blessed.  If my situation is bad, it cannot be as bad as those caught with their pants down.
