12/8/22 ^^^I shall remember 2022 as my worst year and also my 60-Day Transformation

 Everybody falls but the getting up is up to you.

I will fight UNTIL I am 75 kg and can run 10 km again.

Then I will consider Bukit Kiara.

Otherwise I am jumping the gun.

This year I need to execute the Exercise Blueprint 2022.

I start with 15 minutes @ 1 hour regimentation before lunch.

Then I do 1 hour * Mall Walk at 6:00 pm.

ABANG RUS!

* I change my mind.  Not fully recovered.

I need to fight HUNGER.

Another 4 hours.

From now on, it is Battleground 60.

I need to make it a habit.
