14/8/22 ^^^I will not eat breakfast - ABANG RUS!

 Stick with the plan.  I have already broken the 100 kg barrier.

MAINTAIN THE WINNING STREAK.

Lose weight first, whatever plan, stick with it.

60 days to make it a permanent habit.

Top priority:

  • Get rid of Sugar and Flour
  • Maintain ZMA and CLO
  • Eliminate gout
  • Eliminate sinus
  • No more beef and chicken 
  • Rest on Sunday
  • Mall walk; am/pm weekdays
  • No mushroom and nutritional yeast
I need to make use of my 5 km radius including Mall Walk and read eBooks.

Fuck, do not deter from the main agenda.  Keep it simple:  

ABANG RUS! - CHAIR = ATHLETE4LIFE WORDSMITH.

I need to be patient and steadfast.
