It is proven. Yesterday, I ate and drank junk and here I am today; GOUT ATTACK.
The choice is to go hungry than to suffer gout pain.
Number one. no more fizzy drink.
Suppose I can change my condition. What do I need to do? Lose weight.
How? Through diet and exercise.
I got to fight this insidious illness..
Only last year I was doing Bukit Kiara.
I must be serious in fighting sugar and flour.
