27/8/22 ###The battle is on

 After 10 days of False Start, I am recomposing my resources to win Battleground 60.  I start with withdrawing 3-in-1 Coffee.  Sugar and hydrogenated fat are definitely very dangerous and can cause hypertension.

That is my highest risk right now.

The next is starch including flour.  As a consolation, I eat one serving of rice and 2 slices of bread with butter in the morning.

Even Milo I have to let go.

Hopefully, by slowly removing sugar and then starch, I should be able to live a sugar and starch-free life by occasionally eating fruits as my source of sugar.

Fruits are my last resort.  In the past, I overlooked fruits because of the price factor.

The battle is still being fought.  I settle at 2MAD with fruits in the morning.

As for coffee or tea, I'll have them after lunch.

Imagine, for 40 years I have been trying to eat right.  

So now, I start from scratch; eat real food.

Fruit, rice, fish, veggies.  No sugar and flour.

What is my goal in life?  To run, run, and run.

I forego everything in order to be a lifelong runner.

Tomorrow I start my training again.  

For 1 week I focus on Brisk Walk.  Then on my birthday, I'll do the 7.7 km  Bukit Kiara Hill Walk. 

Gosh, I didn't realize before this 7.69 km is actually 7.7 km.  Right there on the 3rd loop where I stop my excursion.  This is indeed a miracle.

Now I have the foothill and 21 km as the summit.

Looks like I have a lifetime to pursue my dream.
